Erise IP is pleased to announce that Marshall Honeyman has joined the firm as the firm grows its patent prosecution practice.

Honeyman joins the Erise team as partner and will focus on patent prosecution and serve the intellectual property boutique’s growing list of high-technology clients, which include Garmin, Ford and Sony, among others. Honeyman, who was named the Kansas Bar Association’s 2016 IP Attorney of the Year last month, served as partner at Lathrop & Gage prior to joining Erise. His background also includes working as an attorney at Shook Hardy & Bacon as well as working in the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a patent examiner and then as an Associate Solicitor. He also served as an Assistant District Attorney for the 18thJudicial District in Wichita, Kansas.
