Erise IP is pleased to announce shareholder Jennifer Bailey will host a webinar at 11 am on Thursday, July 25, on “Winning at §112: The Language of Patents.”
Bailey, along with her two cohosts, will inform attorneys on what the future may look like in light of possible reforms. In addition, they’ll discuss best practices of tried and true methods and techniques to win, and they’ll provide tools to help attorneys mitigate filing errors before they happen.
Earlier this year, the United States Patent and Trademark Office issue new Section 112 guidance, which underscore several questions relating to § 112 analysis, specifically computer-implemented inventions.
