Erise paralegal Tanya Horvath has been working in intellectual property for more than 17 years, starting out as a docketing and file clerk and eventually working her way to paralegal. Along the way, she earned her patent paralegal certificate.
Tanya enjoys working with all phases of international and domestic patent and trademark prosecution and maintenance, as well as litigation support. She has worked extensively with databases, including reconfiguring a client’s docketing system. With this experience, she understands the ins and outs of many docketing programs.
Tanya prides herself on being a go-to resource on the details of patent filing and keeping abreast of legal developments. She is active in the National Docketing Association and Indiana Paralegal Association.
Tanya also uses her organizational skills in spare time, as she volunteers for and helps organize services for domestic violence victims and single parents through supply drives and other outreach.
