Erise IP recently welcomed Jonathan Hines as an associate in its intellectual property litigation practice. Hines’ unique background will translate into exceptional service for Erise IP clients.

After earning his bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, Hines joined the U.S. Army, quickly rose to an Officer position and served in the Iraq War. Now, he serves as a Captain in the Kansas Army National Guard. As an attorney in private practice, Hines’ drive and work ethic has earned him an outstanding reputation in the legal field.

Hines’ diverse IP law experience includes counseling clients on matters including patents and digital copyrights. His experience also includes assisting clients in products liability and workers compensation matters.

He received his juris doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law, and he earned a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla. He is licensed to practice in Kansas and the U.S. District Court of Kansas.
