Erise is pleased to announce it has been ranked among the most active IP law firms in the United States – ranking 13th for petitioner proceedings – in Patexia’s 2021 Inter Partes Review (IPR) Intelligence Report. The firm was also recognized among the top 30 best-performing firms in the country in the same Patexia report, ranking 26th.
Over a five-year period from July 1, 2016, to June 30, 2021, Patexia evaluated 930 law firms, 7,582 IPRs were filed to challenge 5,087 unique patents and 80,831 unique claims, 2,658 companies and 5,4341 attorneys. Patexia evaluated overall activity and success to develop a weighted average to determine rankings.
