Erise’s Mark Lang featured in Kansas City Business Journal’s “20 to Know” in Legal
Erise shareholder Mark Lang appeared in a Kansas City Business Journal feature titled “20 to Know” in legal. Mark and Erise’s patent litigation team have won four consecutive defense verdicts in the Eastern District of Texas, where more than 90 percent of cases are settled on the courthouse steps. One of those verdicts was recently upheld by the Federal Circuit.
