Tennessee Intellectual Property Law Association Taps Erise IP’s Jennifer Bailey for Presentation

The Tennessee Intellectual Property Law Association has selected Erise IP Partner Jennifer Bailey to speak during the association’s spring meeting.

During the meeting, set for Friday, May 4, in Nashville, Bailey will give a presentation titled “Functional Claiming.”
Bailey specializes in patent prosecution, intellectual property transaction matters, and IPRs and other post-grant reviews at the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Jennifer has prosecuted hundreds of U.S. patent applications in the software, electrical, and electro-mechanical technologies. She was lead counsel on the first IPR filed and continues to represent both Petitioners and Patent Owners in post-grant proceedings at the USPTO.
