Erise IP landed a key win for client Garmin International in a patent infringement case from Icon Health & Fitness.

Icon had filed suit against Garmin, claiming infringement of two patents. On Sept. 29, Judge Robert Shelby in the District of Utah Northern Division agreed with Garmin on its summary judgment motion and dismissed all patent infringement claims in the case.

Erise IP attorneys Megan Redmond, Adam Seitz, and Carrie Bader represented Garmin in the case.
