Brooke Dodson is a patent litigator with a strong scientific foundation and a clear passion for protecting innovation. Before entering the legal field, she earned her B.S. in Biology and developed an early appreciation for how scientific advancements can meaningfully improve lives. That interest ultimately led her to patent law, where she could combine her love of science with advocacy for the people and technologies shaping the future.

Brooke’s practice is focused on patent litigation, with prior experience representing clients in the pharmaceutical industry. She brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to each matter, starting with a deep understanding of a client’s business goals and building a realistic, well-structured plan to achieve them. Clients rely on her for her responsiveness, reliability, and clear communication, as well as the consistently strong quality of her work.

Brooke is also committed to supporting the next generation of lawyers. In previous years, she has served as an official associate mentor to summer associates, helping them develop their skills and confidence.

Outside the office, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, and discovering new restaurants.
