Ethan combines a background in chemistry with a passion for clear, effective advocacy to help clients navigate complex patent disputes. Growing up surrounded by three generations of attorneys—including a father and family friends who practiced patent law—Ethan was drawn early to the intersection of science, invention, and legal strategy.

Ethan focuses his practice on patent litigation and PTAB proceedings, representing clients across a broad range of industries, including software and technology, oil and gas, and mechanical products. His work often involves translating highly technical subject matter into persuasive arguments that resonate with both technical experts and judges alike. Ethan believes that effective representation requires not only legal skill but also clear communication and a client-centered approach. He takes the time to ensure that clients fully understand the issues at hand and partners with them to develop strategies that meet their needs.
