Hunter has nearly a decade of intellectual property legal experience, centering on complex patent litigation. He represents clients at all stages of litigation in district courts across the country and works with the Erise team on large-scale post-grant dockets at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

He distills complex material into easy to digest narratives that are easily understood by judges and juries. Hunter crafts layered strategies for defending infringement suits or for invalidating patents at the USPTO.

Hunter’s experience covers a variety of technologies, including cybersecurity, telecommunications, wearable fitness devices, mobile and electronic payment systems, video games, petroleum drilling fluids, ophthalmic pharmaceuticals, and commercial food equipment and packaging.
