Eric A. Buresh, Adam P. Seitz, and Michelle L. Marriott, shareholders with Erise IP, were selected to Missouri Lawyers Weekly’s 2022 Power List for intellectual property law.
The Power List is compiled annually by the publication, which seeks to identify the most powerful IP lawyers in the state by reviewing its database of verdicts and settlements and speaking to attorneys and other leaders. This year, Seitz, Buresh, and Marriott were among 30 attorneys on the IP Power List.
Buresh, Seitz, and Marriott are all founding members of Erise, one of the nation’s leading patent litigation practices. Both Buresh and Seitz were previously honored this year by Benchmark Litigation as “Litigation Stars,” were among Chambers and Partners’ “Leading Lawyers” for 2022, and were named “Patent Stars” in the 2022 IP STARS awards.
Marriott was selected to the Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers list for intellectual property litigation this year and Patexia ranked her in the top 5 percent of attorneys in the country for defensive patent litigation.
