Erise’s Jason Mudd to speak during Patent and Trademark Administrative Hearings and Symposium

Erise IP partner Jason Mudd has been selected as a panelist for the Patent and Trademark Administrative Hearings and Symposium scheduled for March 1 at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Mo.

During the event, hosted by the University of Missouri School of Law and its Center for Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship, the Patent Trial & Appeal Board (PTAB) and the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board will conduct their regular business by holding hearings on cases. Mudd will speak alongside judges, United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) officials and other featured attorneys during a panel discussion following the hearings.

Mudd, a Mizzou Law grad, has successfully represented clients including Ford Motor Company, Sprint, Garmin International and Sony Computer Entertainment America in complex patent litigation and other intellectual property disputes.
