Erise was recently selected to Ingram’s 2023 Best Companies To Work For list. In its 16th year, the magazine’s annual competition recognizes Kansas City companies that give their employees satisfaction and fulfillment, and the tools and responsibility to achieve greater goals.
In honoring Erise among this year’s winners, Ingram’s cited Erise’s industry-leading benefits, work-life balance, and “team-first approach to serving its clients with merit-based rewards for all employees, from support staff to the shareholders.” Erise gives its employees significant autonomy over their working hours and locations, and there are in-office perks too: a bright and open workspace, casual dress code, game room, snacks, and local beer and cold brew coffee on tap.
In addition to this award, Erise earlier this year won Law360’s “Practice Group of the Year” distinction for intellectual property law.
