Erise Stands Above BigLaw Peers In Female Partners

A recent report revealed that while nearly 40% of all current law firm attorneys are women, less than a quarter of equity partners are women. However, at Erise, the firm stands out among its peers, with female shareholders representing more than 50% of its equity partners and executive committee. Both of these statistics place the intellectual property boutique among top firms across the country, far outpacing their BigLaw counterparts.
