Erise shareholder Jennifer Bailey has been selected to this year’s edition of the IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists. Published annually by Law Business Research, the IAM Strategy 300 seeks to identify the individuals who are leading the way in the development and implementation of strategies that maximize the value of IP portfolios.
The Strategy 300 starts with a confidential nomination process; at least three are required for consideration. Then IAM compiles its list using qualitative research, including interviews and written submissions. More information about the methodology is available here.
Jennifer, who leads Erise’s patent prosecution practice, was also selected earlier this year among the recommended patent practitioners in IAM’s annual Patent 1000 guide and as a “Patent Star” by Managing Intellectual Property magazine in its annual IP Stars rankings. She was also ranked among the Top 25 Best Performing IPR Attorneys for Petitioners in Patexia’s annual PTAB Intelligence Report.
