Erise IP founders Eric Buresh and Adam Seitz have added two new recognitions to their biographies: Both are named as “Litigation Stars” in the 2023 edition of the Benchmark Litigation guide.
Benchmark’s “Litigation Stars” are lawyers who are highly regarded by their peers and possess a strong case record and positive client feedback. More information on Benchmark’s selection methodology is available here.
This is the first Benchmark ranking for both Buresh and Seitz.
Previously this year, they were honored among Chambers and Partners’ “Leading Lawyers” for 2022 and were named “Patent Stars” in the 2022 IP STARS awards. Moreover, the Erise litigation team was ranked among the top 1 percent of patent litigation firms by Patexia, which evaluated more than 3,000 law firms and 14,500 cases nationwide.
