Erise’s Mark Lang honored as an Intellectual Property Trailblazer by The National Law Journal

//

Erise shareholder Mark Lang was recognized by The National Law Journal as one of its 2023 Intellectual Property Trailblazers. The award spotlights agents of change in their individual practice areas; only 25 IP Trailblazers were selected this year from a pool of nominees nationwide.

Mark is a member of Erise’s litigation team that has changed the paradigm for companies facing patent infringement lawsuits in the Eastern District of Texas. He and Erise have won four consecutive defense verdicts where more than 90 percent of cases are settled on the courthouse steps.

You can read more about Mark’s Trailblazer honor in the July/August edition of NLJ.
