Erise IP founders Eric Buresh and Adam Seitz were named “Litigation Stars” for the second straight year by Benchmark Litigation.

Previously this year, they were ranked in the top tier of IP attorneys by Chambers and Partners, were named “Patent Stars” in the 2023 IP STARS awards, and were included in the IAM Patent 1000, a guide to the world’s leading patent professionals. Moreover, Erise’s litigation team was ranked in the Top 15 of the best performing patent defense firms in the United States, according to Patexia’s annual report, placing it within the Top 0.5% of all law firms.
Erise has secured five consecutive patent defense verdicts for clients since 2019.
