In its 2022 Patent Litigation Report, Patexia evaluated 3,050 law firms that were active in at least one of the 14,506 district court patent cases filed from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2021. For each firm, Patexia assigned a performance score based on outcomes.
When evaluated on the merits, Erise ranked among the Top 1% of all firms for its work defending patent infringement litigation. Erise also was among the top two percentile of most active patent litigation firms in the U.S..
In previous studies, Patexia has honored Erise as a top performer at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and as one of the top 1% leading firms for inter partes review (IPR) proceedings.
