Chambers USA, an international guide to the legal profession, has honored Erise and five of its shareholders in its 2026 rankings.
Chambers once again ranked Erise in Band 1 for Intellectual Property, Chambers’ highest distinction, and also recognized shareholders Jennifer Bailey, Eric Buresh, Adam Seitz, Carrie Bader and Cheryl Burbach.
Based on independent research, Chambers rankings take into account case work, client references and peer feedback. Each year, the Chambers research team conducts hundreds of thousands of interviews to compile its ratings of law firms and leading practitioners.
Chambers’ review of Erise says the firm “enjoys a distinguished reputation for its in-depth capabilities in disputes. Its attorneys are often called up to adroitly handle infringement claims, PTAB proceedings and trade secrets litigation.” Chambers said Eric Buresh “has a strong reputation for acting for clients in defending their intellectual property rights in litigation.” And clients said “Adam’s command of patent law, science and EQ are extremely high.
