Erise shareholder Jennifer Bailey has been selected to the 2024 edition of the IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders. Published annually by Law Business Research, IAM’s Global Leaders are IP professionals whose approach to intellectual property is regarded by their peers as truly strategic in nature.
Jennifer was also honored in this year’s IAM Strategy 300. From that group, IAM’s full-time research team used in-depth candidate interviews to identify its Global Leaders: in-house, private practice, and service provider professionals who merit special attention for their expertise and experience in creating, protecting, managing, transacting, and enforcing critical patent rights.
Jennifer, who leads Erise’s patent prosecution practice, was also selected earlier this year among the recommended patent practitioners in IAM’s annual Patent 1000 guide and as a “Patent Star” by Managing Intellectual Property magazine in its annual IP Stars rankings. She was also ranked among the Top 25 Best Performing IPR Attorneys for Petitioners in Patexia’s annual PTAB Intelligence Report.
