Erise and six of its shareholders received a series of rankings and honors this week from IAM, Chambers USA, IP STARS, and the World Trademark Review that support our clients’ contention that we are “one of the world’s top IP firms.” In addition to this high praise from our clients, these multiple honors also confirm our strength across the board of intellectual property law: Litigation, IPRs, patent prosecution, and trademarks.
In listing Erise among its recommended firms in its Patent 1000 rankings, IAM said its clientele considers it “one of the world’s top IP firms” and that it is “an extremely skilled boutique law practice with assertive, highly competent, business-oriented lawyers that are focused on delivering results within budgetary guidelines and constraints.”
In addition to the firm ranking, five shareholders were listed as recommended individuals: Jennifer Bailey for patent prosecution and Eric Buresh, Michelle Marriott, Megan Redmond, and Adam Seitz for patent litigation. The Patent 1000, published annually by Law Business Research, uses qualitative research, including interviews and written submissions, to select the world’s leading patent law firms and individuals. Law Business Research also included shareholder Carrie Bader among its WTR Global Leaders, a list of the world’s top trademark practitioners who “innovate, inspire, and go above and beyond to deliver value for clients.” Carrie was also included earlier this year in the World Trademark Review 1000 as a “Gold” practitioner, the highest rating.
Erise also received top ratings from Chambers and IP STARS.
Chambers USA, an international guide to the legal profession, once again ranked Erise in Band 1 for Intellectual Property, Chambers’ highest distinction, and also recognized Jennifer, Eric, and Adam as “Leading Lawyers” Based on independent research taking into account case work, client references and peer feedback. The Chambers research team conducts hundreds of thousands of interviews each year to compile its ratings of law firms and leading practitioners. For the 12th year in a row, IP STARS named Erise among its “Highly Recommended” firms for intellectual property law, its top ranking, and again recognized Jennifer, Eric, and Adam as “Patent Stars.” The annual IP STARS rankings are based upon research performed by Managing Intellectual Property’s team of analysts.
